Good Manager's know their staff and make an effort empathize and develop their people. This Manager is a joke and demonstrates how not to manage.

I just went through something very similar with my new dean. Over 35 years of teaching and outstanding reviews, and all of a sudden, I suck at teaching?
That is what you should be able to do, unfortunately you may have a hard time qualifying for unemployment and will have a gap on your resume, and will lose most of your social safety net in many countries. You may be able to claim toxic work place though, which will give you the right to dismiss the employer for/with cause. Talk to an employment lawyer. The only way to avoid this would be to have another job always lined up, which may not be practical. We need laws to protect employees. Performance reviews are largely fake and just narcissistic manipulation exercises to subjugate you as an employee to keep you weak and dependant in an exploitative relationship.

Good for you Jason, that was not a performance review but a character assassination.
Sorry, Rand's philosophy is a failure because it fails to promote human flourishing. Bringing up healthy children in families is human flourishing in the most literal sense, but Rand was hostile towards that natural function of man. Instead she promoted a kind of high time preference nihilism for childless people who leave nothing to show for their lives when they die.
